四、教学过程:

Step1:问候及复习

(1)教师跟学生们一起唱“Old MacDonald Had a Farm”这首歌,复习有关农场动物的知识。

(2)教师向学生们出示zoo的图片,并向学生们提问:

T: Boys and girls, What' this ? (问单个学生)

S1:It's a zoo.

T:Yes.

(3)教师向学生们呈现动物的图片,但是只呈现部分,让学生们猜猜是哪种动物。

T: Look! What is it?

Ss: It’s a _____.

从而引出本课将要学的动物的英文名称。

Step2:新授

T:同学们你们喜不喜欢去动物园?

Ss:喜欢!

T:老师今天就带你们去动物园,高兴吗?

Ss:高兴!

T: Now, Let's go to the zoo! Read after me Boys and girls! Let's go to the zoo!

Ss: Let's go to the zoo!

在讲桌上摆放着写着“Animals at the zoo”的“门牌”,并带领学生读这个牌子,动物园就是提前在黑板上画的围栏,里面的动物就是panda,monkey,giraffe和deer的卡片,但要用白纸掩盖上。

T:动物们见到这么多的小朋友有些害羞,所以藏了起来。要想看到他们就要正确的猜出他们,这是第一个动物的特征(课前把写着四个动物们的信息的纸条放在每个卡片的下面,用的时候就取出来。)⑴I'm very fat, I like to eat bamboo(竹子).My colour are black and white. I have two big eyes. People like me very much. Who am I?

(遇到学生听不同的句子教师可以运用体态语言或直接翻译一遍)

Ss: 是熊猫!(当学生猜出是熊猫时,教师要撕掉掩盖动物的纸。)

T: Yes, this is a panda. Read after me: panda!

Ss: Panda.

T: What does a ltiger have?

Ss:学生会像刚才老师一样说出熊猫的一些特征。

接下来,可以让学生以小组形式讨论他们喜欢的动物,然后表演。

(2)T:The next animal is very clever and smart. It likes eating fruits.

Ss: 猴子!

T: Yes, it's a monkey. Read after me: monkey!

Ss: Monkey.

(3)在介绍长颈鹿时,可以这样说:I have a long neck(脖子). I am very tall. Who am I?

针对以上的教学可以叫学生一个歌谣:

动物园,动物多,小朋友,听我说,

Panda panda 是熊猫,可爱的.熊猫长得胖,

Monkey monkey 是猴子,机灵的猴子很苗条,

Giraffe giraffe 是长颈鹿,温顺的长颈鹿个子高,

Deer,deer是鹿,美丽的小鹿个子矮。

动物特征记得牢,保护动物我第一。

Step 3:我们和四种动物都见了面并且知道了他们的特征下面谁能介绍一下你喜欢的动物。

Step 4:录音跟读课文的第一部分

Step 5:游戏

(1)教师用一个动作来表示动物,学生们抢答。

(2)教师让学生们小组合作,一个学生用动作表演动物,另一个学生猜是哪种动物。

Step 6:课本第二部分

教师让学生们表演情景短剧,让学生们在会话过程中,运用本课的句型:Let’s go to the ___! Great!/ Hooray! I see___.

Step 7:结束课堂教学

T: Now, the animals are tired, they want to go to sleep. Let's say “goodbye”to them.

Step 8:家庭作业

要求每位学生选一种他们喜欢的动物并画下来,在旁边用几句英文来描述它。

T:谁能用手指或身体来表示出Ee

出示字母Ff

字母Gg Hh和上面的教法一样,但要注意Gg的读音以免和后面的.Jj混了

出示单词卡片eraser, fish, girl, hand让学生放到相应的地方。

手拿eraser领读,强调字母e在单词中的读音。

T: Who can read?(检查学生的读音)

出示鱼的画图:领读,强调字母f在单词中的读音。

T: Who can read?(检查学生的读音)

What’s meaning?

Who can remember any words that start with letter “f”?

girl hand和上面的教法一样,但要注意字母g h在单词中的读音。

T: Listen and draw.

(在学生画的同时也在黑板上画Jenny,引出第二部分。)

2. T: Jenny is my friend. (板书friend)She is a girl. (板书She)
