在桥头，出名的不仅是莲湖的.荷花与油菜花，还有非物质文化遗产——莫家拳。莫家拳是汉族传统拳术中的南拳之一，属于广东五大名拳之一，传说创自莫达士。发源地是广东伙岗村。明末清初，南方两广地区拢乱60多年始息。莫达士父亲莫福田时当13岁，因兵乱由火岗村避难寄迹今惠州市仲恺高新区沥林镇伙岗村(现为仲恺区沥林镇伙岗村)，娶何氏为妻，生莫硕士、莫达士二子。传言莫达士曾学艺于少林寺，技成后返回火岗村，因火岗村全为莫氏族人，于是开宗创派称为"发源地伙岗村莫家拳"。
莫家拳被誉为"广东五大名拳"之一，原称"六度阴阳掌"，它发于防身、立于健身、搏于赛场、习于日常、载于武艺、归于武德。莫家拳具有鲜明的岭南特色和朴实大方的南拳风格，以腿法见称，其所谓"一腿胜三拳，手长尺七、脚长三尺，放长攻出，凌空飞踢，拳重百两，脚重千斤力。"现今，莫家拳主要流传在惠州、东莞、广州、佛山、顺德等地，并已流传于香港、澳门、东南亚（新加坡、马来西亚、印尼）、英国和美国等地。
今天，我来到了桥头镇青少年莫家拳培训基地，参观了中华武术文化长廊、传统南拳和莫家拳武术馆，了解到了广东五大名拳“洪、刘、蔡、李、莫”。感受到了文化艺术的魅力，也正是因为文化，每年的假期都会有许多来自各地的游客开到桥头，观赏我们的名花和文化艺术。同时，我明白到莫家拳的意义来源，莫家拳是用来防身健体的拳法，不适于打架。一些老年人为什么会去学打太极，正是为了身体健康。一个人如果不健康，可以快乐的生活吗？所以，这几年来莫家拳的名声大振，是因为它给人们带来健康和快乐。

非物质文化遗产有用小三角做出来的仙鹤、福娃、龙虾、孔雀、水壶……五颜六色，非常好看。还有用纸剪出的蝴蝶、竹子;还有用糖做出的马、蛇、龙、小猪、长颈鹿;还有用手工做出来的鲜花戒指、冰激凌娃娃。用小珠珠穿出来的小球。其中鲜花戒指是最引我注目的，大人戴就把它拧大，小孩戴就把它拧小。还可以把它拧到铅笔头上，还可以用线绑在戒指的小环上当项链。它真是一个多功能的戒指啊。

今天，我跟随妈妈来到上虞图书馆，还了书，也借好了书。下楼时，我一眼瞥见电梯旁边有一座仿古建筑，我抬头看牌子，上面写着“非物质文化遗产”什么是非物质文化遗产?一个大大的问号占据了我的头脑，于是我在征得妈妈同意后，怀着好奇的心情走进了建筑的大门。进去之后，第一眼看见的就是一座泥塑：一位老人与一位妇女正在补一张破掉的渔网，旁边有几只小鸡在啄食米粒，还有一只强壮的母鸡，墙上挂着铁叉和各种渔业工具，这泥塑雕得活灵活现，尤其是那几只鸡，更是栩栩如生。让我印象最深刻的就是“梁祝”的故事了，这里把梁山伯和祝英台的故事浓缩成六幅图，分别是“英台思读”、“三载同窗”、“私定终生”、“楼台相会”“哭祭山伯”、“化蝶双飞”。每幅图都是黑底白线，与名字丝丝入扣。旁边同样有一座泥塑，讲的是梁山伯与祝英台“三载同窗”的故事。祝英台男装正与梁山伯在桌前诵读，两人的神情都很严肃，我不禁为他俩的故事轻轻叹息。我又看了古代戏剧道具，舜虞传说等等非物质文化遗产。每个都是很精彩。
出来后，我仍然回味无穷。非物质文化遗产，不像物质文化遗产那样直接让人一见就生爱慕之心。它给予人的，是无穷无尽的精神财富!
